Very happy with her work

I’ve been having sleep apnea issues for years. My case was mild and so the CPAP caused more issues than solved them. I met Dr. Kagan at a presentation she was giving and was blown away by her work with airway corrections. I had no idea my issues could be solved by dental/orthodontics. Dr. Kagan really listens and within the first night of my new device I was sleeping better. Now, I have almost no apnea episodes each night! Very happy with her work and bedside manner.

Quick, professional and friendly

I love stellar. I am always worried about going to the dentist but their staff is very friendly and is good at explaining procedures and what is needed in the future to keep your teeth healthy. Previously when I got my teeth cleaned with a different office it was a bit painful, however I have had my teeth cleaned twice at stellar and I can say both times it did not hurt at all. Love the dental hygienists. They also have good availability so you aren’t waiting months for an appointment.

The service was excellent

The service was excellent and quick and THROUGH and I got a same day appointment very comfortable and relaxing I’m one of those people who are afraid of the dentist I haven’t been in years because of my fear of dentist but they made me very comfortable I was a little nervous but that quickly went away THANK YOU for a great experience.

High quality service and professionalism

After visiting the Union Rd location on December 4th for a cleaning and x-rays regarding some concerns I had regarding a couple loose teeth. They set up a plan for me and told me they would be contacting me. My issue with my teeth grew worse and was now causing pain. So I reached out to the Union Rd location on 12/29 and was told to contact my insurance company because they are waiting on authorization. I called insurance company and was told they sent authorization and all they had to do was look at portal. So I called them back, and they said they didn’t receive anything. Fast forward I’m now in excruciating pain, can’t eat, it giving me a headache. My husband calls Union Rd location 1/2 and explain the pain can he bring me in for an emergency extraction and they had nothing available and they could schedule something for tomorrow. My husband had to ask if there was another location that could see me and they referred me to Sheridan location. The Dr two extracted my tooth and his assistant was awesome and explained stuff to me that I felt should’ve been explained back on 12/4 when they set up the treatment plan. They were kind, courteous and very professional.

Great experience

I had a great experience. Everyone was vert nice and friendly and I was satisfied with the service. I really like that they have late hours so I don’t have to take time off of work for appointments.
